Healthy Nutritious Superfoods is all about what’s good for you and your body when it comes to the things we eat.
It’s easy to agree that greasy fastfood is unhealthy and that vegetables are healthy, but all vegetables, fruits, nuts and herbs are not equally healthy – some are healthier than others and that when we start referring to them as Superfoods.
There isn’t really an agreed upon standard definition of what makes of fruit a superfood – but one way to look at it is at the ratio between nutrients and calories.
